Flawless Floors Outlet Ltd wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy sets out your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day on which you receive your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us by email at info@flawsfloorsout.com or by post to Unit 1a, Bagbury Park, The Street, Lydiard Millicent, Swindon, SN5 3LW, within the 14-day cancellation period.
Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to products that have been made to your specification. Carpet runners cut to a length specified by you at the time of ordering are made-to-order products and are therefore exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
To return a product, please email info@flawsfloorsout.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm the return address and any relevant instructions. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or to make a deduction from your refund if the product has been used or damaged.
The cost of returning products to us is your responsibility unless the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@flawsfloorsout.com with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage where applicable.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, where no return is required, within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We will not charge any fee for processing a refund.
We do not currently offer a formal exchange service. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK legislation are not affected by this Returns Policy. For more information about your rights, visit citizensadvice.org.uk.
